an upgrade from the standard room to a suite at check-in without extra cost i really liked. room and bathroom were very clean. reception staff were friendly and fast. staff at the breakfast buffet were friendly, helpful and always with an eye on the buffet if there was something to fill up.

basic price for st. pauli is already very high. maybe it' s on the cathedral. entering the hallway was always cigarette smoke in the air. since a guest could not stick to the rules!

Totally recommend to others. The suite is brand-new and has a well-stocked mini bar, Wi-Fi and coffee. The breakfast is very good with excellent juices and were refilled slowly, lots to choose from.

Convenient location with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Great customer service, plus the bonus of parking right under the hotel! 🅿️

+ The room was a good size and clean. + The hotel has its own parking facilities, but at an additional cost. + We had the view directly to the Hamburg Cathedral and it was still not too loud.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own restaurant for dinner. But there are possibilities to go out for dinner in the area.

Modern and quiet rooms with the windows open. Well-stocked rooms with a sitting area, a separate sofa, and a living room.- Excellent and convenient location, just a short stroll from Millerntor Stadium.

A little minimalist, there was only one capsule for a coffee maker in the room. This is impractical for a double room.

This hotel is large, with comfortable double superior units and a central location, making it a great home base for exploring the area.

central location and proximity to the park satisfy a dog owner. large partitioned rooms and luck with the weather (cold and sunshine) complete the successful stay.

room service asked several times if the rooms should really be cleaned. although we usually do not care, we were surprised by multiple requests. dog cost per day may be a bit too high!

The staff was friendly, especially the female manager. The food in the lobby was excellent. The hotel's location was convenient, close to public areas, bedrooms, a World War II bunker, Hamburg Messe und Congress, and Alster Lake.

The staff was genuinely helpful, the room was brand-new, everything was modern. The breakfast was very good with excellent juices, were refilled slowly, and the lobby bar was a plus. Loved a well stocked mini bar, Wi-Fi, and coffee in the room. The daily service was excellent! Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a bonus. Close vicinity, just 10 minutes on foot to Messehallen subway station, was a big plus.

The rooms here are peaceful and nicely decorated, each one comes with three pillows of various sizes and an additional bed.

Beds were great, a lot of space. Nice bright rooms, modern furnishings. Excellent soundproofing! Despite a cathedral at the doostep, it was totally quiet.

The water bottle in the kitchenette got broken and no one took care of it for several days.

Delicious breakfast with amazing fresh juices and a variety of food options. Very convenient location near a nice, long street to stroll along. 🥐
